Charge Standard in Yangshan Port:

 
     

1. Port Charge and Port-construction Fees

    The wharves in Yangshan Port are authorized to collect port and port-construction fees in lines with the commodities according to the regulations promulgated by State Communication Ministry.

2.Vessel-piloting Charges

    a.Piloting fees in the wharves of Yangshan
    The vessel will be charged 0.53 RMB/ton (net) within the distance of 16 sea miles from the wharf, according to the fee-charging measures issued by Communication Ministry.

    b. Piloting charges between wharves of Yangshan and Waigaoqiao
    The vessel will be charged 0.22 RMB/ton (net) from Waigaoqiao to Yangshan or from Yangshan to Waigaoqiao.

3. Vessel-tugging Charges

    a. The tugging charges in the wharves of Yangshan

    b. Tugging charges between wharves of Yangshan and Waigaoqiao
    The vessel will be charged 100% in accordance with the premium rate in the first wharf it anchors and then be charged 70% in the second wharf when traveling from Waigaoqiao to Yangshan or from Yangshan to Waigaoqiao.

4. Berthage and Rope-mooring & -untying Charges

     a. Berthage and rope-mooring & -untying charges in the wharves of Yangshan

    The berthage and rope-mooring & -untying fees will be charged in lines with the regulations issued by the Communication Ministry.

    b. Berthage and rope-mooring & -untying charges in the wharves of Yangshan and Waigaoqiao

    The vessel will be charged 100% of berthage and rope-mooring & -untying fees in the first wharf it anchors and then be charged 70% in the second wharf when traveling from Waigaoqiao to Yangshan or from Yangshan to Waigaoqiao.

5.Other Charges of Vessel

    The cabin-open and -closing fees, water-supply fees, service fees in supplying water and other operation fees will be charged in lines with the related stipulations of Fee-collecting Regulations in Port issued by Communication Ministry.

6.Container-loading & unloading Charges

    The loading & unloading fees will be charged in the light of the fee-collecting standards issued by Communication Ministry.

7.Container-transferring Charges

    The transshipment will be charged in lines with the current standard of the Group.

a.Charge rate for the transfer of containers in Yangshan

The container in the coastal, Yangtze River and international lines will be charged for the transfer in Yangshan Port in lines with the standard below:

b. Charge standard for the transfer of international containers within Yangshan and Waigaoqiao
The international transshipping container transported within Yangshan and Waigaoqiao will be charged for transfer by 50% the charge rate above.
c. Lighterage standard for the transfer of container within Yangshan and Waigaoqiao
The international transshipping container lightered by "shuttle bus" will be charged for the lighter according to the standard below:

d. The Lighterage above will be paid to the carrier of "shuttle Bus" The container owner is free from loading unloading fees.

II. The lighterage of "shuttle Bus" for the transshipping container in the coastal and Yangtze River line is still subject to the standard stipulated by Shanghai Port Administration [2005] No.0448.
III. Loading and unloading fees for transshipment of container
The loading and unloading operations due to transshipment will be charged by the wharf in accordance with the standard of Charge Standard Table for the Transfer of Containers in Yangshan Port above.

8.The Transshipment and Lighter Charges in the wharf for special use in Waigaoqiao

    The transshipment among the lines of Yangtze River and the wharf for special use in Waigaoqiao as well as the lighter charges between Yangshan and Waigaoqiao is: 350.00RMB/20' 575.00RMB/ 40'

9.The Lighter Charges of Container Truck in East China Sea Bridge

    In case of special circumstances where container trucks will be used to conduct the lighter of containers between Luchao Supplementary Park and the wharf in Yangshan, it will be charged according to the standard below (free of truck fares): 180.00RMB/20' 360.00RMB/40'

10. The Lighter charges of Containers between Waigaoqiao and Yangshan

    The lighter by container truck between Waigaoqiao and Yangshan will be charged in lines with the standard below: 500.00RMB/20' 750.00RMB/40'

11.The Container Flow Regulation Charges

    The container flow regulation fees will be charged in accordance with the current standard

12.Container-tallying Charges

    The container-tally fees in Yangshan will be charged in lines with the related contract signed jointly by customs broker for foreign liner and other vessel companies.

13.Other Charges in Yangshan Port

    The storage fees, inspection service fees, spraying fees and refrigeration fees, portage fees and vehicles fares will be charged in lines with the current regulations issued by Shanghai International Port Group.
